You know, I had completely forgotten about that. I think only four or five people actually guessed, so I let it slide. Well, on the extensive Hot n Spicy menu, there are 72 varieties of rolls. I think Abbas Halai guessed 75, so I suppose he wins, although he certainly has an advantage over most guessers.

As for my beer-butt chicken recipe, you really can’t beat it. Although, after seeing and sampling local BBQ over here, I’ve got a few new ideas to try out.

WEll Artsy, I’ll send an e-mail instead of this, but one more random comment: I cooked your beer-butt chicken last week turned out Awesome!!! then done it again last night at friends(very funny story tell later)
But my comment here to you is really: Who won your contest of guess how many kinds of chickhen mayo-rolls kabobs things there were???? I won?
